Daily rental: built for flexibility

Daily rental suits one-off deliveries, unpredictable demand, event bookings, or businesses still testing how much refrigerated transport capacity they actually need. It carries the highest per-day rate of the three options, but it comes with no ongoing commitment.

Weekly rental: for short campaigns and seasonal peaks

Weekly plans fit short, defined periods of elevated need — a seasonal sales campaign, a temporary distribution push, or covering a gap while a regular vehicle is serviced. The per-day cost is typically lower than booking the same period as individual daily rentals.

Monthly (and longer) rental: for fixed, ongoing routes

Monthly and multi-month plans suit businesses with a stable, ongoing distribution route — regular restocking, a fixed delivery schedule, or fleet capacity you would otherwise consider purchasing outright. This is typically the most cost-effective option per day by a wide margin, and it avoids the capital cost and maintenance responsibility of owning a vehicle.
